Marina Piccola is the most central beach of Sorrento, situated a few steps from the historical centre and piazza Tasso and easily reachable from both the port and the centre.  For those who wish to reach Marina Piccola with a car, there is paid parking in the near vicinity.

It is recommended that you access the beach from villa comunale through the stairs carved into the mountain.  The beach is composed prevalently of volcanic sand and from the shores you may enjoy the splendid panorama of the Gulf of Naples.

On the beach, you find diverse beach establishments that offer sun beds, sun umbrellas, entertainment services, showers, bar, restaurant and diving.

The entrance fee varies from a minimum of 10,00 € to a maximum of 15,00 € per person for sun bed and entrance.

The beach is recommended for anyone who desires to spend a day at sea, without distancing themselves from the centre of Sorrento. For those who wish to enjoy the beauty of the coast, it is recommended that you choose another type of beach, broader and characteristic in their design.

In addition are beach establishments such as: Peter’s Beach, Lionelli, Bagni Salatore and Marameo.

The beach also has a free beach area in which it is possible to stay without paying the entrance fee.
