The leranto Bay is found in the heart of the Riserva  di Punta Campanella (Punta Campanella Reserve) and is part of the Nerano village, municipality of Massa Lubrense.

The beach is a real corner of paradise and is composed of sand, white pebbles and pristine, crystal clear waters. A unique experience is the view that you enjoy from the bay which faces the faraglioni of Capri.

The trail is not rated the easiest, however the extraordinary beauty of the walk and the variety of plants and flowers, render it one of the most beautiful itineraries of the Sorrentine Peninsula.

The trail, surrounded by Mediterranean plants and olives is recommended to all lovers of nature and of adventure.  It commences from the piazzetta di Nerano (little square) and is of approximately 30 minutes duration.

As you descend under the shade of the shrubs, marvelous views open up before you of the Amalfi Coast, the islands of Li Galli, the beach of Marina del Cantone and the massive Mount San Costanzo.

For those who wish to reach this beach in an easily way, a transfer by sea from Marina Cantone can be booked, with boats exclusively authorised by the management of the Reserve.  It is prohibited to enter the harbour and the bay with private boasts of any kind.
