Ingredients
- 1 sea bream of 1kg weight
- 4-5 cherry tomatoes
- garlic, oil, chili
- parsley
- 1 cup of white wine
Preparation
Clean and salt the fish inside. In a large pan, blond the garlic with the chili. Add the cherry tomatoes, fish, white wine and a glass of water and cook with the lid on for twenty minutes.
Serve hot.
